At Thrive Independent School, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students is our highest priority.

We believe that every young person has the right to feel safe, valued, and respected both in school and beyond.

We take a whole-school approach to safeguarding, where every member of staff is trained, vigilant, and committed to protecting students from harm, neglect, exploitation, or abuse of any kind.

If You Have a Concern

If you ever have a concern about a child’s safety or wellbeing whether they are a student at Thrive or not please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call 999 or contact your local Children’s Social Care service without delay.

These trained staff members are responsible for managing safeguarding concerns, supporting families, and liaising with external agencies such as children’s social care, the police, and health professionals.
